| ITPalace was started as a small scale software development and maintenance firm in 2002 (when it was known as SRP) and has evolved within a short period to make its presence felt in the software market with superior products, supported by quality service. |

| ITPalace is having its corporate office and development centre at Kochi (formerly Cochin) in the state of Kerala, known to be the God's Own Country, at the south end of India. All operations are currently being controlled from this head office. |
